A good alternative to Continuous Positive Airway Pressure treatment is by using intraoral appliances. These are small appliances being worn in the mouth while sleeping. Patients find these appliances to be less uncomfortable and noticeable than the CPAP masks. This alternative is being used by patients to treat sleep apnea and many are beginning to notice just how effective and easier this is compared to having to sleep every night with a mask on. There are many approved sleep apnea appliances you can try that could help lessen and control the snoring, which is all everyone needs for a good night’s sleep.
